The engineers at Team 1EV have designed a Rivian specific mounting solution for installing Federal Signal Valor Emergency Vehicle Light Bars on Rivian R1T / R1S roof tops. The mounting brackets are CNC laser cut and press brake formed precisely for Rivian and Federal Signal Valor mounting contours and bolt patterns, providing an OEM-caliber fitment and look. The brackets and hardware are engineered to a proper load rating to endure extreme police and emergency vehicle duty. This mounting solution is uniquely bolt-on, requiring no drilling, cutting, or modifications to the Rivian and provides proper lightbar support without contacting the Rivian's glass roof.

Federal Signal Valor

Valor® light bar by Federal Signal is a high-performance, non-linear LED light bar for emergency vehicles that provides 360-degree light output and superior off-axis lighting for police, fire, and other emergency vehicles. The LED light bar’s V-shape, low-profile design enhances off-axis illumination warning capability. The Valor light bar's unique shape and patented Solaris® LED reflector technology maximize the LED light source, eliminate dark spots, and improve visibility on the road and while clearing a path through intersections.

The Valor® LED light bar also features exclusive SpectraLux® multi-color LED technology, enabling each LED module to change colors during operation. The versatility of the SpectraLux® technology allows the multi-color light bar to operate with up to three colors per module, flashing one color and then overriding to a front or rear flood light or a rear SignalMaster™ directional warning pattern.

Programming the Valor® emergency vehicle light bar is straightforward with the Pathfinder® light/siren controller and the Convergence Network Configuration Software. With FSJoin®, multiple warning devices can be synchronized for cohesive vehicle solutions. Installation is straightforward with a “plug-and-play” setup via standard RJ45 connections. The Valor® features Reliable Onboard Circuitry (ROC) technology, which eliminates potential failure points by replacing traditional wires and connectors with PCB assemblies, decreasing repair time and increasing operational efficiency.
